Howard has been boat building for over forty years, starting in 1970 at Chatham Naval Dockyard. Over the years he has gained a great deal of skills and experience in all types of boat construction. Because of his reputation for quality work and experience, amongst other things Howard was asked to teach at Norwich City College where he gained a NVQ qualification in teaching.
